Customer Experience Expert

A premier customer service position is now available, offering a unique opportunity to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems, and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First Call Resolution: Handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring that issues are resolved on the first attempt.
  • Manage Inbound and Outbound Enquiries: Utilize various communication channels to respond to customer queries and concerns.
  • ERP and CRM Navigation: Expertly navigate ERP and CRM systems to access relevant information and resolve customer issues.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer enquiries and ensure seamless communication across departments.
  • Meet KPIs and Performance Targets: Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, retail, and hospitality.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
