Speech Pathology Specialist

We are a national NDIS provider offering Allied Health support across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with various services.

As a Speech Therapist, you will enjoy the flexibility of working in the community and delivering high-quality speech pathology services to participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Providing speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community.
  • Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant.
  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Mentoring graduates and early-career clinicians (for senior clinicians).
  • Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and openness to new ideas.
  • A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
