Senior Water Management Expert

A Senior Water Management Expert is responsible for overseeing and delivering local projects from strategy to detailed water management planning and execution.
The successful candidate will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and contribute to project delivery across various sectors.
Key responsibilities include mentoring and guiding junior engineers, designers, and technicians; collaborating across engineering disciplines.
The ideal candidate will apply water management expertise to contribute to project design and delivery in diverse markets.
Leadership and planning management skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence team culture.
Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or a related field, preferably with advanced certifications.
- Strong client focus, highly motivated, and able to work in a team and independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, meet deadlines, and operate under pressure.
- Demonstrated experience with water management software packages such as SWMM, InfoWorks, CivilStorm, EPANET, FTEQCS, etc.
- Good working knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes.
