**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Huawei Support Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing remote contract support for network devices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advanced troubleshooting & escalation support (Huawei routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN)
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for Huawei networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Huawei Certification: We are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of Huawei technologies.
  • L3 Support Experience: You should have experience in L3 support, with a focus on advanced troubleshooting and escalation.
  • Remote Contract Work Experience: Our ideal candidate will have experience working remotely, with a flexible schedule.
