What You'll Do

  • Develop a clear vision on trends and capabilities to create next level digital customer experiences, ensuring IT risks, technical debt and their impacts are understood.

  • Foster collaborative teams and chapters, working with business executives to drive enduring value for our customers.

  • Shape and drive our AI strategy, operationalising the latest advancements in agentic and generative AI.

  • Establish open communication and meaningful professional relationships between individuals and teams to get great outcomes for our organisation, our customers, and the community.

Qualifications

  • Passionate technologists with experience shaping and delivering digital technology strategies in large scalable environments.

  • Technologists who always keep an engineer's perspective, recognising opportunities and pitfalls.

  • Leaders who produce technology solutions and architecture while ensuring alignment to the technology roadmap and balancing delivery times, resources, and budgets.

  • Experienced full stack developers or modern digital and cloud technology team leaders living and breathing a DevSecOps culture.

  • Thought leaders who bring experience creating the best digital product experiences for customers.

  • Individuals who use data and insights to inform decision-making with exceptional communication skills.
