Workshop Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to supervise our fabrication team in a workshop setting.

The ideal candidate will have trade qualification, confined space ticket, working at heights certification, and HRWL - LF. They will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of trades people, apprentices, and trade assistants
  • Ensuring products meet quality standards
  • Collaborating with the Workshop Manager to achieve workflow and production targets
  • Allocating staff and resources to manufacture products on time
  • Providing clear instructions to employees
  • Supporting employees to develop as Boilermakers
  • Overseeing the training of apprentices
  • Maintaining safe work areas and practices
  • Ensuring equipment and machinery are regularly maintained

The successful applicant will have experience as a Boiler and hold a valid work authorization for Australia.
