We are seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to lead our fabrication team.

Fleet management and IVMS installation is a fast-paced industry that requires careful planning and execution. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for the overall management of our workshop, ensuring safe work practices and efficient fabrication methods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and implementing an effective maintenance plan for project works
  • Managing stock counts on spares and parts
  • Maintaining and managing staff workplace certifications, qualifications, and licenses
  • Ensuring a clean and orderly workshop in line with quality and health and safety standards
  • Developing preventative maintenance strategies to boost efficiency and reduce downtime

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out scheduled services to workshop equipment
  • Maintaining the workshop tooling and equipment
  • Producing fabrication templates and drawings

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range.
