Job Title: WOC Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the Workforce Operations Centre (WOC) team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and outcome-driven individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the WOC Schedulers optimise the daily Simplex Work Order dispatch process.
  • Manage the Contractor's daily workforce commitments, including the dispatch of Simplex Work Orders, OTD Schedule changes, and daily jeopardy management.
  • Develop strong relationships with project teams and field teams to ensure successful delivery of all Tickets of Work.
  • Train and assist the WOC Schedulers as required.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in people management, scheduling and programming tickets of work. A background in telecommunications industry and Microsoft office suite is also essential.
