The Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our Repair Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing minor mobile phone and tablet repairs, ensuring all work is completed to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor mobile phone and tablet repairs, ensuring all work is completed to our quality standards.
  • Receive training to develop skills in various types of repairs, from basic fixes to more complex tasks.
  • Accurately categorize faulty devices based on our standards and guidelines.
  • Document and report any defects or issues identified during the repair process.
  • Follow all quality assurance protocols to ensure that repairs meet customer expectations and company standards.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided on-site.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to follow defined processes and procedures accurately.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
