About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Whole Yards Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating employee schedules, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of our landscaping and gardening services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate employee schedules and liaise with customers to ensure efficient resource allocation and high client satisfaction.
  • Manage communications, including handling incoming calls and routing them appropriately.
  • Schedule meetings and events, and arrange company activities.
  • Purchase materials required for garden/landscaping projects.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required by the department manager.
Requirements
  • Administrative experience, particularly in scheduling and calendar management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, with the ability to quickly learn ServiceM8 and other relevant software.
  • A positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
