Job Description

As a School-Based Trainee, you will work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment where you will be partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd to undertake a School-Based Traineeship. You will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while completing certificate requirements, such as workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments.

This position is based at Plumbing St Leonards, where you will be responsible for:

  • Embracing company values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls to take messages and orders
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining the branch at a high standard

You will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays to assist in your progress.
