Supply Chain Operations Trainee

This is an exciting opportunity for a Year 10 student to gain valuable work experience and skills in the supply chain industry.

As a Supply Chain Operations Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations in a retail environment. This includes:

  1. Embracing company values and policies
  2. Providing exceptional customer service
  3. Completing all requirements of the certificate
  4. Processing sales and stock management
  5. Answering phone calls and taking messages/orders
  6. Communicating with customers and staff
  7. Building product knowledge
  8. Providing follow-up to customers
  9. Maintaining a high standard of branch appearance

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic team environment. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn and take on new challenges.

The traineeship involves working in a retail environment as well as completing certificate requirements. You will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays. Saturday availability is also a must.
