Trainee Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious Year 10 students to undertake a traineeship opportunity where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to our values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and stock management
  • Responding to phone calls and communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard at our workplace

Training and Development Opportunities

The traineeship involves working in our branch and completing certificate requirements. Students will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours during school holidays available and recommended to assist in progress.
