You will be responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of SAFe Epics overseeing discovery, planning and execution leveraging agile methodologies (SAFe preferred), strategic thinking and effective communication to navigate requirements, driving cross-functional teams to success by ensuring objectives are completed within scope, timeline, and budget whilst adhering to the Bank's high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
About YouYou have proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Senior Scrum Master, or Senior Project Manager, leading the delivery of complex projects and programs. Your background in Payment, Banking, and Financial services has equipped you with the necessary expertise to navigate these industries effectively.
You possess strong coaching, consultation, and negotiation skills, which enable you to engage and influence both external and internal stakeholders, including senior management. Additionally, you have a solid understanding of budgeting control and various elements of project management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
