You will play a pivotal role in the success of our logistics operations, ensuring that our factory has everything it needs to thrive.

The Material Supply Planner is responsible for efficient and effective logistics operations, working with key stakeholders to deliver customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Keeping supply chain operations running efficiently and ensuring inventory flows seamlessly from supplier to manufacturing.
  • Acting as a process and systems champion, testing, improving, and streamlining material supply planning in your area.
  • Driving planning processes and bringing fresh ideas to logistics initiatives with customers and suppliers.
  • Balancing service, cost, and cash by delivering accuracy and execution excellence.
  • Analysing data and planning performance to support smarter, faster decision-making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High learning agility and strong technical aptitude.
  • Natural curiosity and confidence in navigating technology.
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • FMCG or supply chain experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Degree qualifications are welcome but not required.
  • Commercial awareness with an interest in procurement and data analytics.
