Material Supply Planner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to spearhead our material procurement efforts. This key role is responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of inventory from suppliers to manufacturing, driving process improvements, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining efficient supply chain operations and streamlining logistics processes.
- Serving as a champion for process and systems optimization, testing, and improving material supply planning in all areas.
- Diligently driving planning processes and contributing innovative ideas to logistics initiatives with customers and suppliers.
- Balancing service levels, costs, and cash flow by delivering accuracy and execution excellence.
- Analyzing data and performance metrics to inform smarter decision-making.
Requirements:
- Strong learning agility and technical aptitude.
- Natural curiosity and confidence in navigating complex technology systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- FMC or supply chain experience is highly desirable.
- Degree qualifications are preferred but not essential.
- Commercial awareness with an interest in procurement and data analytics.
- A passionate leader who drives improvements across B2B, projects, and service delivery.
