Job Title: Supply Chain Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Expert to drive efficiency and innovation in our logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth inventory flows and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining supply chain operations with maximum efficiency, ensuring seamless inventory flow from suppliers to manufacturing facilities.
  • Driving process improvements and system enhancements as a champion for Material Supply Planning, identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective solutions.
  • Developing planning processes and introducing innovative ideas to enhance logistics initiatives with customers and suppliers, resulting in improved service, cost reduction, and cash management.
  • Analyzing data and performance metrics to inform smarter decision-making and support business growth through strategic planning.

Requirements include:

  • Excellent learning agility and strong technical aptitude, with the ability to navigate complex systems and technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration across the organization.
  • FMCG or supply chain experience is highly desirable but not essential, as we are open to candidates with transferable skills and relevant qualifications.
  • Commercial awareness and a passion for procurement and data analytics, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw insightful conclusions.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for leading logistics activities that drive improvements across B2B, projects, and service delivery.
