The Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic NSW Facilities Team.

This role involves hands-on repairs, maintenance, and facility management, working closely with the team to ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

You will oversee a diverse range of maintenance activities, from routine inspections and preventative measures to urgent repairs.

Flexibility and adaptability are key, especially in managing changing schedules and task prioritisation to meet project deadlines.

Requirements
  • Experience in commercial building maintenance
  • A trades background or relevant tertiary qualification, preferred
  • Ability to juggle tasks, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver top-notch customer service
  • Effective communication skills and problem-solving ability
  • Open, clean driving license
  • Proactive attitude, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills
