Job Title: Senior Service Liaison

 

 

Role Description

Our organization plays a pivotal role in providing care and services to older Australians. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our customer service team as a Senior Service Liaison.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and representatives via phone, ensuring all interactions are professional, knowledgeable, and supportive.
  • They will also respond promptly to emails from various stakeholders and provide strong administrative support to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • In addition, they will escalate complaints to the Customer Care Team Leader in a timely manner and assist clients with inquiries related to My Aged Care and assessment outcomes.
  • Monthly client surveys will be conducted to gather feedback and improve services, while maintaining currency of knowledge relating to aged care services.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care to the elderly, demonstrating a kind heart and genuine passion for this work.
  • Committing to excellence in customer service, both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Having experience with the My Aged Care portal and the aged care or community services sector.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening.
  • Utilizing planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills effectively.
  • Being willing to apply for a Police Check.
