Construction Lawyer - Major Projects and Litigation

We are seeking an experienced Construction Lawyer to join our team in a leading role within our Major Projects and Litigation practice.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on some of the most sophisticated infrastructure projects in Queensland. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a highly regarded and market-leading practice, acting on major government infrastructure projects and a range of private sector projects across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in dispute resolution and construction law. They will possess outstanding service skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they will demonstrate ambition and a proactive approach to their work, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and build meaningful relationships.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Acting on major government infrastructure projects and a range of private sector projects across Australia.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Providing expert advice on construction law and dispute resolution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
