This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Construction Lawyer to lead the way in complex construction disputes.

The Role
  • Provide expert legal counsel and draft submissions for adjudications and expert determinations;
  • Instruct experienced counsel and technical experts;
  • Supervise the work of junior lawyers;

You will be responsible for guiding clients through disputes that arise during and after project completion, particularly in adjudications and expert determinations. Your expertise will be highly valued as you engage in high-stakes litigation and arbitration.
