Technical Software Support Position

We are seeking an experienced software technical support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers in the Pacific Zone of Australia and New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning, investigating and resolving complex software issues, proposing workarounds for customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in application support within an ASX top 100 business (supporting mainstream software applications and array of customers)
  • Proficiency working with and understanding software architecture, software unit testing and other aspects of the SDLC
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Working understanding of software and automation hardware communications and setup
  • Avoidance of gender-specific terms
