Create a magical Christmas experience with your leadership skills and team management abilities.

This role involves leading a team of photo studio professionals to deliver exceptional visitor experiences at our sites in the Bundaberg Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver top-notch visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow efficiently
  • Welcome families and maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Bring energy and positivity, even on busy days
  • Oversee POS operations, processing, and packaging visitor prints and photo packages
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is of high quality

RequirementsKey Qualifications:
  • A leader who inspires and supports those around them
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and team members alike
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
