JB Hi-Fi is one of Australia's largest and most trusted retailers with a 300+ store network, online presence, and a commercial division (JB Hi-Fi Business). We offer a wide range of technology, consumer electronics, home entertainment, and appliances at great prices.

Responsibilities
  • Help across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
  • Provide a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
  • Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Please note: Christmas Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (September/October 2025 to the start of February 2026) and may be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

Qualifications
  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
  • Customer focused and results driven
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
