Process Engineer Opportunity at Laminex Australia

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team in Ballarat, Australia. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and shaping the future of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Treating facility meets business plan targets and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process safety systems to ensure equipment changes are controlled and understood.
  • Maintain a full knowledge of the area's performance on quality and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
  • Knowledge and experience in Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong focus on Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
