We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Improvement Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Business Performance and Integration team, you will play a critical role in identifying and implementing system and process improvements that support service delivery to our community.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement business improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and implement process improvements to streamline business operations and reduce costs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on business systems and process improvements
About You
  • You have a strong background in business improvement and process management, with experience in IT projects and system configuration
  • You are an experienced project manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions
