Job Overview

The role of Managing Lawyer entails strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in succession law, property law, equity and trusts, and elder and disability law. As the key representative of the organisation, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services that uphold professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the organisation in courts and tribunals across the region, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, legal expertise, and a commitment to outstanding service delivery.
  • Mentor and manage a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Provide legal advice ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, public sector standards, and organisational policies.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating collaboration, communication, and cultural inclusivity.
