Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled legal professional to fill the role of Assistant General Counsel.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with commercial managers and project directors to review, negotiate, and draft contracts for major infrastructure projects.
  • Provide strategic risk management advice to support internal clients.
Requirements
  • Australian practising certificate with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong commercial contracting negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify solutions considering legal, commercial, and project perspectives.
