Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to join our team.

About the Role
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory risks to ensure the company's activities align with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Offer guidance on compliant solutions for projects, product development, management, and sales initiatives.
  • Interpret legislation and regulatory guidance, assess the impact, and develop practical operational guidance and support.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all applicable laws and industry standards affecting our operations.
  • Support the Head of Compliance and wider Compliance team to foster a culture of compliance, including developing effective relationships with key business staff.
  • Complete oversight activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, and oversee corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Compliance or Legal professional.
  • Experience assisting business units in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Strong understanding of compliance risk and frameworks for businesses in regulated industries.
