Job Title

A Compliance Officer is required to manage and maintain compliance across the ANZ region.

This includes developing, implementing and maintaining effective compliance programs, policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of privacy principles and relevant legislation.

We are looking for someone with experience in managing investigations, conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations to improve compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and maintain compliance programs, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability.
  • Manage and investigate compliance matters as required.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance related matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Legal or Compliance.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in audit and/or compliance-related roles.
  • A good understanding of Privacy Act and related legislation.
