As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
You will work in a team committed to delivering high-quality care and services.
The successful candidate will have a current AHPRA registration and excellent communication skills.
The role involves planning, organizing, and implementing care according to individual care plans.
You will deliver a high standard of care and promote a safe working environment.
The position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
Required Skills and QualificationsKey Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and implement care in accordance to individual care plans
- Deliver and promote a high standard of care
- Provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care staff
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
- Current NDIS Check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
