We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at the Shortland Correctional Centre.

The ideal candidate will have current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and at least one full year of experience working as a Registered Nurse.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception screening and comprehensive health assessments on persons received into custody
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing management
