- Generate new leads and close sales through prospecting and relationship development to expand our broker base.
- Drive market activity and increase new applications from existing brokers via an effective engagement plan.

- Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using our CRM system.
- Prepare a quarterly plan and consistent call plan of face-to-face meetings and proactive calls to ensure maximum productivity.
