Team Leader Role

The position of Team Leader is available at our Altona site, working with individuals with a disability. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Disability Support Workers to achieve client goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the Disability Support Worker team to deliver high-quality services.
  • Roster development and review ensuring adherence to relevant guidelines and legislation.
  • Collaborate in the creation and implementation of person-centered plans and Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Maintain accurate records, including file notes and incident reports.
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate IV or above in Disability Studies or related field.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid VIC Drivers Licence and Working with Children Check required.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and alignment with our Mission and Values.
About the Opportunity

This permanent full-time role offers a salary range of $88,387 to $95,096 per annum, plus superannuation. Flexible work options, purchased leave, and well-being programs are also available.
