Job Title: Administration Officer
Role Overview:
The Administration Officer will provide support services at the regional library office in Dubbo. This role involves various administrative tasks, including reconciliation, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Reconcile branch libraries' petty cash and till floats.
- Compile timesheets and leave forms.
- Compile scheduled reports and statistics.
- Undertake the weekly delivery boxes process for branch libraries.
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in office management, including accounts payable, cash handling, stores control, and telephone reception.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Commitment to delivering quality customer service.
- Possession of a Class C Driver's Licence.
