Job Title: Administration Officer

Role Overview:

The Administration Officer will provide support services at the regional library office in Dubbo. This role involves various administrative tasks, including reconciliation, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Reconcile branch libraries' petty cash and till floats.
  2. Compile timesheets and leave forms.
  3. Compile scheduled reports and statistics.
  4. Undertake the weekly delivery boxes process for branch libraries.
Requirements and Skills
  • Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in office management, including accounts payable, cash handling, stores control, and telephone reception.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Commitment to delivering quality customer service.
  • Possession of a Class C Driver's Licence.
