White Fox Boutique is a renowned Australian fashion label with a loyal customer base worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Inventory Manager to join our team at our Rosebery warehouse.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $75,000 - $80,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with third-party logistics companies and the White Fox team to ensure seamless delivery of inbound freight via sea and air.
  • Determine whether containers can be unpacked by our logistics partner or delivered as a sealed container to one of our warehouses for unpacking.
  • Coordinate the pickup of empty containers from our site.
  • Resolve logistics issues on a daily basis by assessing the evolving situation and the needs of the team.
  • Optimize incoming shipments to maximize storage space and processed stock.
  • Lead and supervise the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Unpack containers and process stock.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in people management and/or warehousing/logistics.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on your feet all day and occasionally lift weights up to 20kg+
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in reading and writing English.
  • Energetic and self-motivated.
  • Comprehensive computer and Excel skills.
