Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily, weekly and monthly production planning efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of production lines.

About the Role

  • Resolve workflow issues to ensure smooth running of production lines
  • Maintain open communication with departmental supervisor and Production Operations Manager
  • Assist in SWP and risk assessment development
  • Operate machinery according to SWPs
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Report incidents, accidents and near misses in accordance with WHS policy
  • Comply with Company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Planning, organising, and problem solving skills
  • Able to prioritise competing tasks
  • Commitment to Health, Safety and Quality policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • High Risk (Forklift) & Front End Loader license
