The Opportunity

As an Aboriginal Home Care Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders and community. You'll be part of a team that's committed to delivering culturally sensitive care and support.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation
  • Offering social support such as accompanying clients to their doctor appointments, shopping, and social outings (experience dependant)
  • Performing Personal Care duties including showering, feeding, and toileting; assisting in oral medication (experience dependant)
