How You'll Make an Impact:

As a nursing assistant, you will provide quality support to residents with their activities of daily living, work collaboratively as part of a team, complete reporting and documentation based on our policies and procedures, deliver excellent customer service, and interact with residents, families, and friends in a helpful and positive manner.

About You:

We are looking for a qualified individual who holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum requirement) or is currently studying a nursing degree and has completed an aged care clinical placement. Previous experience in a personal care role in aged care is desirable but not essential. You should also demonstrate the ability to work to required resident outcomes.
