We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Assistant in Nursing (AIN) in Aged Care Casual positions and NDIS Support Workers. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact and provide support to those in need.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist residents/participants with daily activities, including personal care, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting social interaction and engaging in meaningful activities.
- Support individuals with medication management, ensuring adherence to prescribed guidelines.
- Document and report any changes in residents/participants' conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow all care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.
- Assist with housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents/participants.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability Support, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in aged care or disability support services is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of person-centered care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, with a strong sense of empathy and compassion.
- Reliable and flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts.

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Manual Handling (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
