Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement EBPM Solutions: You will be responsible for developing, shaping, and overseeing EBPM solutions, including the capture, improvement, and transformation of business processes.
- Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: You will build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships across Defence Groups and Services, providing expert advice and guidance to support the adoption and use of EBPM.
- Apply Process Modelling and Automation: You will apply and develop skills in process modelling, process automation, digitalisation, and process mining to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Exercise Sound Decision Making: You will exercise sound decision making and judgement to provide expert advice to Defence stakeholders.
The Directorate Business Process Improvement is part of the Defence Business Integration Program, which facilitates the transformation of Defence's enabling business capabilities to support agility and preparedness.
Our Ideal Candidate- Experience in Business Process Improvement: You will have experience designing improved business processes and ways of working, through the application of new methods and technologies.
