Strategic Planner

At Leidos Australia, we are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support our growing portfolio of work. This role requires someone with strong planning and scheduling capabilities to manage and control the Contract Master Schedule (CMS) and monitor all variances against the approved project baseline.

The successful applicant will be responsible for gathering inputs from product leads and technical teams to capture and analyse inter-dependencies, scope, risks, constraints, and milestones in relation to the CMS. They will also need to proactively identify scheduling issues and implement mitigation strategies to support project objectives.

Additionally, they will analyse project status data to support management meetings and contribute to monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting. They will generate and assess schedule performance metrics, variance reports, and status updates; assist with program resource planning and forecasting in collaboration with Program Management and team leads.
