Compassionate Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a compassionate healthcare professional to provide nursing care and support to residents in our aged care facilities.
- Personal Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and ensure proper documentation of medication records.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and record residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition.
- Wound Care: Provide basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct health assessments and report any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
- Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
