As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical care, wound management, health care planning, assessment and documentation, pain management, emergency response, and end-of-life care.

Our ideal candidate will possess current AHPRA registration, knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, and excellent communication skills. They will also be adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn, with a collaborative and skilled approach to teamwork.

Job Summary
  • Deliver high-quality medical care to residents, including assessing health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
  • Manage and dress wounds, preventing infections and promoting proper wound healing.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and document changes in residents' health conditions.
