Are you a skilled and motivated outdoor professional looking for a challenging role?

We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Mackay. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional grounds maintenance and winter services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain clients' sites, including grass cutting, hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearance, litter picking, and spraying
  • Deliver winter services, including gritting and snow clearance
  • Provide management with relevant information and report any site hazards
  • Operate all vehicles, machinery, and equipment according to Health & Safety procedures
  • Undertake training as required
Requirements:
  • A passion for working outdoors
  • Ability to work in an agile and flexible environment (winter working)
  • Good understanding of smartphone technology
