We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Lead to join our team and drive the next period of growth for one of the world's most famous outdoor brands.

In this role, you will excel in understanding local and global market consumer trends to build profitable and consumer-right assortments for the ANZ market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who can work autonomously but take direction from multiple stakeholders.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategic merchandising plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with Global and Regional brand principals to drive key brand strategies in the market.
  • Build relevant and consumer-centric assortments for the marketplace via channel and segmentation models.
  • Develop robust pricing architecture to accelerate brand positioning while maximising commercial outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated at least 2+ years in merchandising capacity in footwear, apparel or accessories lead consumer product industry.
  • Astute understanding of the Sports Performance, Running & Fashion markets.
  • Must be creative, strategic, analytical, innovative and a problem-solver.
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Design skills are a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously but take direction from multiple stakeholders.
