We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ice cream maker to join our team of gelato chefs.

  • Responsibilities will include churning fresh gelato daily, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring consistency in products.
  • Maintaining stock levels to guarantee a continuous supply of gelato, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory management.
  • Safeguarding a clean and safe kitchen environment by adhering to strict Food Safety Practices.
  • Supporting orders, managing stock, and contributing to deliveries.
  • Lending a hand with front-of-house service when required, providing exceptional customer experiences.

This role involves working behind the bar, serving customers, and contributing to overall store duties.

We value teamwork and flexibility, so we're open to discussing flexible schedules that suit your needs.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Australian residency or equivalent.
  • The ability to work more than 20 hours per week.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced environments, such as kitchens, bars, or restaurants.
  • Excellent English language skills and the capacity to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Commitment to a minimum period of 6 months.

No prior gelato experience is necessary; what we need is someone with boundless energy, charisma, and a willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
