Ice Cream Shop Team Member Job

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers is a top priority in this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide a positive experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve ice cream and desserts to customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Assist with tasks such as freezer cleaning, stock ordering and store maintenance
  • Contribute to a positive and friendly team culture

Previous retail experience is highly valued in this role and we are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, days, evenings, mornings and nights.
