Older Person's Mental Health Clinician

This position requires a skilled clinician to provide expert care and support to older clients within the Community Mental Health service.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality clinical services, providing case management support, liaising with stakeholders, and coordinating a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering clinical services as part of a multidisciplinary team
