Operational Director for Australia

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic and operational performance of our warehouse and transport network across Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in transformational change, operational optimization, and delivering measurable results. They must also possess expertise in warehousing, transportation, and integrated service delivery.
This leadership role requires a proven senior executive with experience in complex, multi-site retail, logistics, or supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing a Lean culture that drives performance and innovation.
In this role, you will provide overall vision, direction, strategy, and leadership to ensure we have a fully integrated supply chain service offering with a focus on outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.
